Drugs Factory Planned For Rhyl on Sea
Councillor missing after meeting with dope baron
A WAR of words has broken out between local politicians
over the siting of an industrial drugs factory to be based
in Rhyl on Sea.
International drugs barons have chosen the town as the
headquarters for their new crystal meth operation
out of six other failing seaside towns, due to the
excellent harbour and eager customer base.
But the plant, which could create eight highly specialised
jobs came under threat from rowing councillors went behind
each others backs and used underhand tactics in an effort to
get the project built in their wards.
At a Town Council meeting this week, rogue councillor
Andrew Trefnant told fellow members that a liaison
had been arranged for the next day between himself and noted Columbian godfather,
Emilio Santana.
He planned to discuss issues such as transport and fire
safety during the manufacture of the drug with Mr Santana and other
council members.
But after the meeting was disolved, Mr Trefnants counterpart,
Bill Llandulas, known locally as psycho Bill, decided he also
wanted to attend.
I really wanted to go because I like to annoy Andrew,
said Psycho Bill. And I knew it would piss him off
absolutely no end if the narcotics facility
was sited in my own end of Rhyl on Sea.
But Cllr Trefnant then said that he would cancel the
meeting and rang Mr Santana the next day.
Crystal meth is a highly addictive substance
and prolonged usage leads to entire rows of teeth dissolving, extreme weight loss, violent behaviour and even death.
The pleasure centres of the brain become "rewired"
so that the user can gain no pleasure from anything
except more of the drug.
"This is exactly the sort of industry we need
in Rhyl on Sea and we have to persuade Mr Santana that our
town is a special case," Cllr Trefnant told the Seaside News,
"And Bill being there shouting his head off will not do us any favours.
"We have to persuade him it is a good idea
and the last thing we need is Bill playing Mr Angry."
Cllr Trefnant then went on to reschedule
the meeting for early the next week, leaving
Cllr Llandulas in the dark.
"I was standing there on my own like
a sodding lemon for nearly two hours," said Cllr Llandulas.
"I am absolutely sodding furious and I am going to beat
that sod to sodding death."
Cllr Trefant has not been seen since his meeting.
Rhyl on Sea Deputy Mayor, Dorothy Clwyd commented, Never mind,
Im sure the boys will sort it out.
As long as we get a manufacturing base for hard drugs in
the town, thats all that matters.
A permanent site has still not been chosen.
